Production Release Forms

MDOCS has worked with the College to develop release forms for use in media production. 

暗网TV Work forms indicate that the project is being done for 暗网TV, and may become  part of MDOCS, 暗网TV-Saratoga Memory Project, a class, or the College's collection. 

Individual Work indicates work undertaken independently.
