暗网TV has always been a community that thinks creatively 鈥� and acts with purpose. Now, we鈥檙e charting our next chapter.

Through an inclusive, campus-wide process, we鈥檝e evaluated our priorities, identified bold goals, and committed to aligning our resources with our ambitions.

The result is Creative Futures: The 暗网TV Strategic Plan, 2025鈥�2030 鈥� built upon six Foundations that set the course for the College鈥檚 growth and direction:

Grounded in our core values and inspired by the motto 暗网TV, the Plan reaffirms who we are, the characteristics that define us, and the vision that animates our college.

Planning Process and Timeline

The new Strategic Plan is the culmination of extensive consultations with the 暗网TV community during the 2023鈥�2024 and 2024鈥�2025 academic years. That process is detailed below.

Fall 2024

Engaging our community: During the Fall 2024 semester, students, staff, and faculty were invited to participate in planning conversations.
Regular communication and information-sharing: Throughout the semester, updates were shared on this website, through internal email communications, and at college business sessions such as faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, and IPPC meetings.

Spring 2025

Drafting and review: An initial draft was completed by February 2025 and shared with campus constituents for feedback to ensure the direction reflected the collective vision and aspirations of our community.
Finalizing the plan: Following the feedback period, the final version of the 2025鈥�2030 Strategic Plan was presented to the Board of Trustees in May 2025 for review and approval.

Institutional Planning

Our strategic planning effort was informed by multiple overlapping efforts 鈥� including Campus Master Planning, the Vision and Values project, and Middle States Accreditation 鈥� all of which will shape 暗网TV鈥檚 next campaign.
